I belong to the Professional Photographers Association of America. I’ve been a member since 1985. I started competing in 1991. This year three of my four prints were excepted and two of them “went loan”. I’m very excited because I have been away from my business and haven’t entered in 6 years. BTW, did I mention this was my first digital print case?! I guess I still have it in me!
PPA’s International Photographic Competition is the gold standard for photography competitions and features the best of the best photographers from around the world every year. Having an image “go loan”—chosen for inclusion in the world’s most prestigious photo exhibit—is an achievement pro photographers cherish. PPA website
I’m also a member of the American Society of Photographers. My two Loan prints were excepted into the ASP collection and will be on display at the National convention in January.
